Services
Horsepen Bayou MUD provides water, sewer, and drainage service to all the residents and businesses
within the District. In addition, trash collection and recycling services are provided through a
contract with BFI. In 1996, the District started a patrol services contract through Precinct 7
Constable Glen Cheek's office to provide an ongoing police presence in the entrire district.
Water, sewer, meter reading, billing services, and operation of the district facilities are
provided through Municipal District Services, LLC

be made at their offices located at 16758 Telge Road, Cypress, TX 77429, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Trash collection and recycling pick up is provided by WCA Waste Corporation

Do not dial 911 for the constable, it will only delay the process.
